The M. Beckett Howorth Orthopedic Surgery Library is maintained by the department. It houses more than 600 volumes and subscribes to more than 45 of the leading orthopedic journals. The library also maintains current orthopedic literature from the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons on a monthly basis. |
| This library serves the department and supplements both the Orthopedic Surgery Resident Conference Center library and the Rowland Medical Library (put in link) in the area of orthopedic surgery. The library also houses more than 100 video tapes from both seminars and the Academy regarding orthopedic surgery. The library is complete with study area, television, VCR-DVD, and a computer on the UMC network for searching capabilities through the National Library of Medicine and our own Rowland Medical Library. |  |
